USPS SHIPPING TIMING

Please be advised that, in July 2026, USPS implemented changes to its procedures for processing items classified as hazardous materials (hazmat), including alcohol-based perfumes.

While we have always shipped our fragrances via USPS Ground Advantage to comply with hazmat shipping requirements, these new USPS procedures may result in packages being routed through different sorting facilities and handling processes. As a result, current USPS shipping transit times are taking a bit longer than usual. We anticipate this delay will be temporary, although we do not have an estimate for when processing times will return to normal.

 In general, we have found that packages shipped via USPS ground in the state of Colorado (where we are located) can take 3-7 business days, and packages shipped in the rest of the continental USA can take between 5-11 business days. If you live in a rural area or on the East Coast, the timeline can be on the longer end of that estimate, and if you live in AK, HI, or PR, it can take between 10-21 business days.

Please refer to the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email, as it will direct you to the USPS website for the most up-to-date tracking information. Unfortunately, we do not have access to any additional shipping information beyond what USPS provides through its tracking system.

In general, USPS has been a reliable shipping partner. While your package may take a little longer than we'd like or expect, our experience has been that packages almost always arrive safely at their destination.
