USPS SHIPPING TIMING

Please be advised that, in July 2026, USPS implemented changes to its procedures for processing items classified as hazardous materials (hazmat), including alcohol-based perfumes.

While we have always shipped our fragrances via USPS Ground Advantage to comply with hazmat shipping requirements, these new USPS procedures may result in packages being routed through different sorting facilities and handling processes. As a result, orders placed during this time may experience shipping delays of approximately 1–2 business days. In general, we have found that packages shipped via USPS Ground Advantage take between 4 and 10 business days to arrive, so we are currently estimating delivery times of approximately 5–11 business days. We anticipate this delay will be temporary, although we do not have an estimate for when processing times will return to normal.

Please refer to the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email, as it will direct you to the USPS website for the most up-to-date tracking information. Unfortunately, we do not have access to any additional shipping information beyond what USPS provides through its tracking system.

In general, USPS has been a reliable shipping partner. While your package may take a little longer than we'd like or expect, our experience has been that packages almost always arrive safely at their destination.
